The prints.

What paper are the prints on?

Giclée printed on 200gsm museum-quality matte paper. Matte means no glare.

Are the prints made to order?

Yes. Every print is printed when you order it, then packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Do you sell digital downloads?

No. Every print is a printed print, sent to you.

Sizes.

What sizes do the prints come in?

Eight: A4, A3 and A2, plus 8 × 12, 11 × 14, 16 × 20, 18 × 24 and 20 × 30 in. Every print comes in every size.

How big is each size?

A4 is 21 × 29.7 cm, A3 is 29.7 × 42 cm and A2 is 42 × 59.4 cm. In inches: 8 × 12 in (20 × 30 cm), 11 × 14 in (28 × 36 cm), 16 × 20 in (41 × 51 cm), 18 × 24 in (46 × 61 cm) and 20 × 30 in (51 × 76 cm).

Which size should I choose?

Aim for a print about half to two-thirds the width of the furniture under it. Above a sofa, go for A2 or 18 × 24 in. Above a bed, A2 or 20 × 30 in. On a sideboard, 16 × 20 in. A4, A3 and 11 × 14 in suit a desk, a shelf or a gallery wall. The size guide shows each size to scale.

Should I pick an A size or an inch size?

Whichever matches the frames where you live. A4, A3 and A2 are standard frame sizes in the UK and Europe; the inch sizes match US frames.

Framing.

Can I get my print framed?

Yes, in Black, White or Natural (oak-effect), in every size except 8 × 12 in. Framed prints arrive ready to hang. Pick a frame under the size on any print.

What are the frames made of?

Sustainably sourced wood, with a Perspex front.

Where can framed prints be delivered?

The UK, the US, Australia and New Zealand. We can’t send framed prints to Canada or Europe yet, but unframed prints go there.

Will an unframed print fit a standard frame?

Yes. Buy a frame labelled with your print size: a 16 × 20 in frame for a 16 × 20 in print, an A2 frame for A2. If you want a mount, go one frame size up and have a mount cut for your print.

Delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Every print is dispatched within 2–3 working days. After that, delivery takes 2–4 working days in the UK, and 5–7 working days to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Busy times like Christmas can add a few days.

How much is delivery?

Framed prints always deliver free. For unframed prints:

Where do you deliver?

Unframed prints go to the UK, the EU, Norway, Switzerland, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Framed prints go to the UK, the US, Australia and New Zealand. We don’t deliver anywhere else yet.

Is my order tracked?

Yes, every order is tracked. We’ll email you the tracking link once it’s dispatched.

What if my parcel is lost?

Get in touch with your order number and we’ll look into it.

Returns and damaged prints.

Can I return a print?

Because each print is made to order, we can’t take returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we’ll replace it.

My print arrived damaged. What do I do?

Sorry about that. Email a photo and your order number to sundaypinclub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a free replacement. There’s no need to send the original back. The same goes for a printing fault, or a print that isn’t the print, size or frame you ordered.

Can I cancel or change my order?

No. Each print is made to order, so all orders are final once they’re placed.
