Returns

Because each print is made just for you, we can't take returns unless it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong. All orders are final, so we can't cancel or change an order once it's placed.

Damaged, faulty or wrong prints

Sorry if that happens. Email a photo and your order number to sundaypinclub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a free replacement. There's no need to send the original back.

This covers a print that arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or isn't the print, size or frame you ordered.
